This page explains how The Inbound Office handles details submitted through the free pilot application form.

What information is collected

The pilot form may collect your name, business name, website, trade, email address, phone number and details about how your enquiries currently come in.

How the information is used

Your information is used only to review whether the Quote Follow-Up Pilot looks like a sensible fit and to contact you about that pilot.

What is not done with your data

• Your details are not sold.
• Your details are not shared with advertisers.
• Your details are not used for unrelated marketing.

How long information is kept

If the pilot is not a fit, your details will be deleted within a reasonable period. If you take part in the pilot, relevant details may be kept while the pilot is active and for basic business records afterwards.
